For orders to the USA and Canada, shipments intended for individuals not exceeding $800, there are no additional costs. For deliveries outside the European Economic Area (excluding Switzerland), any customs fees are your responsibility.

Depending on the progress of your order, it may still be possible to change your delivery address. If the order has already been shipped, we will no longer be able to modify it. Contact us as quickly as possible via the contact form .

It sometimes happens that La Poste or Mondial Relay cannot deliver your package to the planned relay point for logistical reasons (relay point closed, saturated). In this case, it will be delivered to another nearby relay point. This situation is beyond our control.

Payments and security
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), Apple Pay and Paypal. You can also choose to pay in installments (see next question).
You can now pay for your order in 3 interest-free installments via the Klarna payment platform. This option is available at the "Payment" stage during order confirmation. The three-installment payment plan consists of three withdrawals: one today, one in one month, and the final one in two months. Your card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted.
Here are some things to check if your payment has been declined:
- Make sure payment information (including CVV code) is correct.
- Check your card's expiration date.
- Your bank may have refused payment for ceiling reasons. Contact your bank for more details. If none of these apply, email us at bonjour@ateliermaison quatre.com and we will be happy to help.
Returns & exchanges
This is possible, as long as the product is intact, unopened and in its original packaging. For any returns, please send us an e-mail to bonjour@ateliermaison quatre.com specifying your order number, the products returned and the reason for the return. Return costs are your responsibility. The exchange or refund of your items is possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
