Delivery Times and Rates for Atelier Maison Quatre
Pre-order
All orders placed on the site between August and October 2024 are considered pre-orders, as our first production is currently underway in Portugal. We expect shipping by the end of October 2024. You will be informed by email as soon as your order is being processed. For any questions, do not hesitate to write to us via our contact form.
Preparation and Shipping
The deadlines mentioned below only apply outside the pre-order period.
At Atelier Maison Quatre, we do everything we can to prepare and ship your orders within 3 to 5 working days. The delivery time then depends on the chosen carrier. See our delivery options below.
Indicative deadlines
Delivery times are provided as an indication and may vary depending on external factors. Atelier Maison Quatre cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery, and shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Orders placed at the end of the week
Please note that orders placed the day before and during the weekend are prepared and shipped the following business day. This additional delay will not be considered a delay.

Taxes and Customs Fees
Any customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and vary depending on local regulations. We do not offer VAT exemption.
Returns
You can return a product if it is intact, unopened and in its original packaging. Send an email to bonjour@ateliermaison quatre.com with your order number, the returned products and the reason for the return. The return costs are your responsibility. You have 14 days from receipt of the order for an exchange or refund. Please contact us by email at bonjour@ateliermaisonquatre.com for a return or exchange.
