At Atelier Maison Quatre, we make every effort to prepare and ship your orders within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery time then depends on the carrier chosen. See our delivery options below.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on external factors. Atelier Maison Quatre cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Orders placed at the end of the week
Please note that orders placed the day before and over the weekend are prepared and shipped the next business day. This additional time will not be considered a delay.
Delivery within Metropolitan France

Delivery to the United States and Canada
- Delivery in 10 days with signature required (may vary depending on customs).
- 80 euros for orders up to 150 euros
- 100 euros for orders between 151 euros and 500 euros

Taxes and Customs Fees
Any customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and vary depending on local regulations. We do not offer VAT exemptions.
Returns
You can return a product if it is undamaged, unopened, and in its original packaging. Send an email to bonjour@ateliermaisonquatre.com Please include your order number, the returned items, and the reason for the return. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request an exchange or refund at the following address: 2, rue Pache, 75011 Paris.
