Mazagran is not just any cup. In France, for many it evokes a familiar memory: that of coffee served at the end of a meal, of conversations that linger and of family tables.

But its story begins earlier. Mazagran originally referred to a drink, a cold coffee: café mazagran, named after the city of Mazagran in Algeria. Over time, the name also came to designate the vessel itself: a tall cup, created in France for serving coffee, often made of stoneware, earthenware, or porcelain.

With Atelier Maison Quatre, it returns in a refined and contemporary version, designed for today's interiors. Its slender silhouette, proportions, and carefully crafted colors make it an object that is both useful, unique, and decorative—an everyday piece that is noticed, kept, and loved to give as a gift.

With a capacity of approximately 15 cl, the New Mazagran is ideal for long coffee, iced coffee, filter coffee, Americano, Italian press, V60, Chemex, or even chicory.

Like its design, its uses have evolved. Today it also serves as an ice cream cup, a cup for affogato, or simply placed on a shelf as a decorative object in its own right.
